N. Brio as he appears in Crash: Mind over Mutant

Dr. Nitrus Brio, or N. Brio for short, is a very interesting character. His specialty is potions, turning himself into monsters, etc.

N. Brio isn't in a ton of games, but a fair amount. He is kind of like Frankenstein, with the bolts in his heads... He started his appearance in the very first Crash game, as an ally of Cortex. He then appeared in Crash 2 as an enemy of Cortex, and he finally finished his appearances in Crash Bash, Crash Twinsanity, and Mind over Mutant. His designs don't change too severely, except for details.
