Rock It

Crash takes to the air with the awesome jetpack that just conveniently appeared at the start of the level.

[edit] Information

Rock It is level 22 in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. This is the first level of it's type, set in outer space. This type of level is unique because the whole level features Crash using a jetpack to fly through it.

There are different controls for Crash when using the jetpack. It is nothing major, the directional pad buttons make crash go in the opposite direction he normally would, and X is to ascend, O is to descend. The controls are tricky to get the hang of at first, but this level is actually relatively easy so you should have got more used to them nearthe end of this level.

There are pillars of lava on the left and right hand sides of the screens, avoid them by steerig right or left if you don't wish to wind up as ashes.

There are large dangerous wires at the sides of the path which you must travel over or under to avoid electrocution.

There are small machines that fire a small line of laser-beam in whatever direction they are facing. You have to go under or over this laser to avoid geting incinerated by it.

The enemies are men that randomly start discharging electricity from time to time. You can only kill them by spinning them until they are driven into the flames guarding the next room. Spinning them while they are sparking will do damage to Crash.
